There are two main types of energies within each and every human being, regardless of their gender. These are the female energies (Yin) and the male energies (Yang). From the starting, on this planet, we can physically see that a person is either a man or a woman. If you’re a female, certain kind of behavior is expected from you. You are expected to look pretty all the time & create beautiful things. You always need someone is protect you, this is what we are told in this society. And if you’re a male, certain kind of behavior is expected from you, you are told that you have to be a macho man and any kind of emotional aspect like crying or being scared is considered as weak or not appropriate.
Growing up in these environments do not really encourage us to bring out the truest, most authentic part of ourselves in the forefront. Since the day we are born on this planet we are put into the system. And the system wants to molds us into an expectation which we might or might not resonate with. You might be a female with a dominant aspect of male energy or a male with dominant female energies.
So what really are the male and female energies that are present within each and every one of us and what are the body parts that function with these energies?
The female for me is creation, it’s the rain, the ocean, nature and flowers. It’s the creative energy force that is also called the Kundalini energy which comes from the base of our spine (root chakra) also known as Shakti. It is our connection to the earth and it governs our intuition, emotions and sensual instincts. This energy mainly works with our hearts and the right brain, which is the creative part of our brain.
The male energy for me is the sun and the stars. It is logic & structure, the basic planning part of any creative project. This energy comes from the top of our skull (crown chakra) and is also known as Shiva. It mostly governs the left part of our brain, which is the logical part, but also works with the right part.
Now what really is the rise of the divine feminine that everyone keeps talking about? It’s the rise of the divine female energy that is present within each and everyone of us and not just women. The age that is dawning upon us is the honoring of the female aspects of our our selves which is our natural and organic GPS also known as the heart. It is honoring the connection that we have with the Earth and keeping her safe. It’s time for us to ground our energies and turn that knowledge into wisdom, of embodiment. So that we can live as an example and not as a judgement.

Chakra is a sanskrit word which means energy spiral, the ancient mystics knew about the nature of reality and understood that this Universe is not made up of matter but of a collection of quantum particles vibrating at a very high speed.
These energy centres of your body should be open and flowing to live your highest human potential. If these are blocked, inactive or overactive in some way they will lead to a manifestation of physical, emotional and psychological diseases in the body.
There are 8 major chakras in the body, from bottom to top:
1. The Root Chakra: Resonates with the base of the spine and is mainly focussed on your survival and security on the planet Earth.
2. The Sacral Chakra: Corelates with the sexual organs of the body and resonates with the sexuality, sensuality and the creativity that we possess.
3. The Solar Plexus Chakra: This chakra relates to the pancreas and is our main energy centre, it is like the central sun of our body. This resonates with the self power, the confidence and motivation that we possess.
4. The Heart Chakra: This is the chakra of unconditional love, non-duality and acceptance. Resonating with the thymus gland, it is the most important chakra of the body and is our connection with each other and with our soul.
5. The Etheric Heart Chakra: This chakra also corelates with the thymus gland like the heart chakra and mainly regulates our intent of speech.
6. The Throat Chakra: This is overlaid on the thyroid gland and is responsible for our creative communication and expression.
7. The Third Eye Chakra: This chakra resonaes with the pituitary gland and is the main centre of our imagination, our intuition and our ability to see the bigger picture.
8. The Crown Chakra: This chakra is at the top of our head and is the largest chakra, it resonates with the pineal gland and connects us to the higher spiritual energies and powers. It is our connection with our spirit guides and soul group families.

Before learning about spirituality I had studied about psychology because of some reasons in my life. In that I read about the Id, the Ego and the Super Ego. The Id is like your shadow self, the Ego is your conscious/logical self and the Super Ego is the higher self or the soul.
There are two main reasons why the Ego might be driving the body of the individual instead of the soul, the ‘Inflated Ego’ or the ‘Wounded Ego’. When one does not have a balanced ego and a healthy relationship with the ego or the ego is neglected, it gets empowered and wants to drive the vehicle. When it is balanced and you have a healthy sense of self, the ego knows it’s place and takes the back seat and lets the soul drive.
Check out the video to find out more about the ego and to know if you are being run by the ego or the soul.

I was pulled towards creating this video as 3 of my girlfriends had broken up on the same day and I wanted to inspire them to spend some time knowing and understanding themselves better.
At the time I made this video I was single and I had been working on my inner female and male energies since two years. I delved deep into my own consciousness and got my right brain married to my left brain and my brain married to my heart. This inner soul alchemy can be achieved in a human being through meditation, research and simply existing in the ‘unconditional love and acceptance’ vibration. When this is achieved, you are an individual that is whole within himself/herself, and then they attract a relationship with a person that is whole within themselves.
If instead you run off in the direction of a new relationship with another person without balancing your own energies, you will manifest a relationship that is vibrating at your current vibration. Most relationships work on a mutual aspect of give and take, which by the end ends up in one person being the ultimate giver and the other being the taker. Relationships on a human level are designed so that they mirror us and show us the aspects of ourselves that are to be worked on.
So if you’ve recently broken up I would suggest you to take some time, heal yourself, go on a journey of inner discovery and I promise you will manifest a relationship that leads to mutual growth and understanding instead of dependence.
