        There are a lot of vegan options available in the US and Canada.
        I generally blend up tofu and it gives a surprising and creamy consistency and delish taste. Check out the recipe here.

          Yes I buy the Silk brand, tastes like the real thing!! being vegan is easy in Canada

            we also get fake meat here, also tastes like the real deal. they are from gardein love there beefless burgers 😀

              I’m happy for you @rainbowman We don’t get milk products here like vegan yogurt or butter because Indians are big on their love for milk. But we absolutely do get fake meat products, although I don’t buy them a lot because of preservatives. Check out recipes like this:
